What is your return policy?

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

Be returned in original package.
Item must be in good condition as it was received; no deodorant, makeup sor any type of stain.
Items with damages will not be accepted or credited and re shipping fee will be applied.
For hygiene reasons, all of the following items, not limited, are final sale items: earrings and swimwear.
Items on SALE are not returnables.
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

*Anything on SALE are final prices and cannot be combined with any promotional code.

Promotions sent via email, promoted on our social media or displayed in our website are our legit sales. EOC Style reserves the rights to cancel or modify any promotion or SALE at any time with or without further notice. Any order exceeding our returns time frame are considered a final sale. We don't offer exchanges.

STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return, we will sent you an email message to the email address of the order containing your details. Store credit never expires.

RETURNS

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Send an email by our support department site, including the info requested and your order number. Once we receive the request we will respond back to you within 24 to 48 hours (business hours).

2. Make sure you secure and pack your items in the original packaging along with the form we will sent to you vie email or mail address (if requested). Return labels are not provided, EOC Style does not pay for the cost of return shipping.

*Return credits or refunds will not be fulfilled until your returning order has been received and processed thru our returning department. It can take up to 24 to 72 business hours upon delivery day to be fully processed through or return department. Don't hesitate to contact us back at our support department if you are unable to receive your return update.
